Common Questions

A few things people often ask.

Q

Can I use more than one service?

Of course! The services aren't siloed — if we start with one and it becomes clear another would help, we just add it. You get to keep working with someone who already knows your situation, instead of starting over and re-explaining everything to someone new.

Q

Do you accept insurance?

Mostly this is private pay, since insurance usually only covers one-on-one ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for kids with a diagnosis. Good news if you have Aetna or Blue Shield of California, though — I'm credentialed with both, so just reach out and I'll happily check your plan! IEP advocacy and supervision are private pay across the board.

Q

How do I know which service fits?

That's exactly what the free consultation is for — we'll talk through what's going on and point you toward the right service, or combination of services.

Q

Do you work in-person or virtually?

Many services are available virtually throughout California, allowing flexibility for families and professionals. Limited in-person services may also be available in Ventura County depending on the service requested.

Q

Do you train daycare or school staff directly?

Yes. Workshops are customized to your team — from a single staff training to ongoing coaching — so the strategies actually stick in the classroom, not just on paper.

Let's find the right support for you.
