Questions before you reach out?

Here's what families and professionals ask most before their first consultation. If your question isn't here, it's exactly what that conversation is for.

Getting Started

4 questions
What services do you offer?+

Coastal Bloom Behavior provides behavior consultation, IEP advocacy and educational consultation, parent support, BCBA supervision, and professional mentorship. Services are individualized based on your goals and can be provided independently or combined when appropriate.

Services are available for children, families, educators, aspiring BCBAs, and certified BCBAs. Support is tailored to each individual's needs, whether you're navigating school services, building behavior strategies at home, or growing professionally within behavior analysis.

How do I know which service is right for me?+

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. During a complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your goals and determine which services — or combination of services — would provide the most meaningful support.

What can I expect during the first meeting?+

Our first meeting is focused on understanding your goals. We'll discuss your concerns, review any relevant information, answer your questions, and develop a plan that best supports your needs moving forward.

IEPs & Schools

Do you collaborate with schools and other professionals?+

Yes. Collaboration is an important part of meaningful support. When appropriate, services may include communication with caregivers, educators, therapists, physicians, or other members of your child's team.

3 questions
Do you offer virtual or in-person services?+

Many services are available virtually throughout California, allowing flexibility for families and professionals. Limited in-person services may also be available in Ventura County depending on the service requested.

Do you accept insurance?+

At this time, most consultation and mentorship services are private pay. Insurance participation may be available for select services as credentialing with certain insurance companies is completed. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs and available options.

What payment options do you offer?+

Coastal Bloom Behavior accepts all major credit and debit cards. Eligible services may also be paid using HSA/FSA cards, though coverage varies by individual plan. Payment plans and a limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available depending on the service and current availability. If cost is a concern, please mention it during your discovery call so we can discuss available options.
